My goal was to determine mRNA expression of mouse genes in which i had very small quantities of RNA. This SYBR green master Mix from applied bio provided consistent results with very small quantities of cDNA template.

I stuck to the manufacturers protocol using 1ul of cDNA in a total volume of 20uL. The plate can be stored at 4 degrees for 24 hours with no issues.
I always set up SYBR green away from direct light. Successful results were obtained using 10uL total volume
