Anti Human CD4 Antibody

Our lab has developed different mouse models to study different aspects of HIV infection. One of the models we have generated consists of injecting HIV-infected human PBMC into the spleens of NSG mice. In order to validate the presence of the human cells and all the subpopulations in the spleen, we perform FACS analyses at the experimental endpoints. Human CD4 antibody allows us to distinguish the human CD4+ T cells in the mouse spleen.
