Results Summary

Following induction of a recombinant protein cells were harvested. FLAG protein was blotted for with 1:100 M2 antibody in 5% milk in TBS-T. Following three 5 minute washes, the membranes were probed with HRP secondary at 1:5000 at room temperature for 1 hour.
