Human CD45RA Antibody

We are interested in enhancing the killing capacity of HIV-specific CD8 T cells by reengineering TCRs expressed by these cells. We use purified CD8 T cells from naive donors. We use different modalities to activate these cells and stain with CD45RO antibodies to detect cells that have not differentiated to a memory T cell phenotype or are transitioning from naive to memory population.
