Different cyclic-di-peptides were used to test if it could affect the expression of cereblon in HCT116 cells. The HCT116 cells were exposed to Cyclo(-L-Phe-L-Trp) at a final working concentration of 0, 1, 3, 10 uM overnight. The expression of cereblon was detected by Western blotting.
