We are interested in enhancing the killing capacity of HIV-specific CD8 T cells by activating them via TCR specific MHC-peptide ligands, and co-stimulatory molecules. We use purified CD8 T cells from naive donors with HLA types, and activated them in vitro overnight. The cells were then stained for different cytokine production. The data shown here represents results from a positive control, where CD8 T cells were activated with PMA and ionomycin.
