I use this kit to enrich cultured bone marrow derived dendritic cells. CD11c frequency starts at 65-75% and this kit enriches to ~90%.
Cell enrichment
Mouse Bone Marrow Derived Dendritic Cells
Suspend cells at 10e8 per mL, up to 2mLs per magnetic separation. Follow manufacturer's protocol.
Double the time specified for each incubation step. You can label cells for Flow analysis during the cocktail incubation to save time.
This kit yields ~90% purity from my samples, which start out at a high purity to begin with.

Easy to use, faster than cell sorting.
In my hands, this kit isn't as effective at producing high purities as some other EasySep kits.
I recommend this kit for positive selection of mouse CD11c+ cells.
