This PCR machines allows researchers to run two independent PCR reactions. Therefore, the aim of this experiment was to use the mastercycler to run two reactions with different PCR cycles. The goal was to use the PCR products and run them on the gel. This equipment was recommended by colleagues. Easy to operate and set the cycles.
