Product Name:

Biotin anti-mouse CD8a Antibody

Catalog Number:

100704

In our lab we work with different lentiviral vectors that we use to transduced primary human cells. some of these constructs utilize a truncated mouse CD8 protein. We use the biotynilated mCD8 antibody in combination with streptavidin magnetic beads to purify cells that have been successfully transduced with the lentiviral vectors.
