I’m studying regulatory sequences in embryonic stem cells. This product was used to clone reporter plasmids to test potential regulatory sequences. I choose this kit after recieving a trial kit from a vendor or neighboring lab and having them work well. Great for purifying a plasmid or PCR product for cloning.
