This antibody was used to phenotypically characterize PBMCs of children with arthritis, Since we only had a limited amount of sample we had to chose reliable antibodies that worked very well.

Human peripheral blood
50ul of blood were incubated with a 1:3 dilution of the antibody for 30 minutes. Then cells were lysed with BD lysing solution and washed twice with PBS. Cells were then resuspended in 300l of FACS buffer and taken to flow cytometry
