G-protein-coupled receptor is a 7-transmembrane domain receptor. Galpha13 is known for activating a family of Rho guanine-nucleotide exchange factors called RhoGEFS which subsequently leads to activation of the small GTPase RhoA in response to ligand binding by several G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs).Here we checked its role in macrophages by chemoattractant.
