We study virus-host interactions using a mouse model of infection. Here we were interested in what happens to serum immunoglobulin concentrations following infection. This antibody was used as an ELISA capture antibody for mouse IgM. We've found that Jackson Immunoresearch has the greatest number of options when selecting antibodies for a "home-grown" ELISA kit. The quality is consistent and the antibodies always work at the recommended concentrations.
