We study virus-host interactions using a mouse model of infection. Here we were interested in what happens to B cell populations, specifically peritoneal B cells, following infection. Biolegend is our go-to company for flow cytometry reagents, and this CD5 antibody works great to distinguish B1a from B1b B cells.
