CD45-BV711 was used to gate CD45+ cells extracted from spleenocytes, cLN and TILs of tumor-bearing mice, with the final aim to study the immune system response after treatment. This product has been preferred to other thanks to good price/quality ratio. After cell extraction and blocking with Fc Block, wash your sample 2x with washing buffer, stain for 30min RT with CD45 1:100, wash 2x, fix in PFA2% or proceed with intracellular staining protocol
