We are studying inflammation CNS (brain and spinal cord). For this aim, we want to study all kinds of cells present in CNS. As a marker for activation of astrocytes, we used this Ab. We used the Ab for IHC for brain and spinal cord paraffin embedded sections. It worked wonderfully on our sections and did not show any cross-reactivity. Standardization of dilution was also very easy.
