The overall goal of my research is to gain insights into HIV transmission. The specific goal in which the E-Cadherin antibody was used to test the integrity of cellular junctions. This antibody was chosen as it was published to work in variety of Rhesus Macaque tissues.

This antibody works great in variety of tissues. Example of rectal tissue is included. The staining is very robust with no bleed through in other channels.
