The aim of this experiment was to investigate the levels of activated Cdc42 in cytokine stimulated cells. The goal was to pull down activated Cdc42 and detect Cdc42 via Western blot. This product has been used in previous publications, and that is why it was originally selected. After multiple attempts to optimize this assay, we gave up on this kit

This kit is used to pull down activated Cdc42, however the antibody provided did not pick up any endogenous Cdc42 during the primary optimization steps recommended.
