GoTaq Green Master Mix is a premixed ready-to-use solution containing Taq DNA polymerase, dNTPs, MgCl2 and reaction buffers at optimal concentrations for efficient amplification of DNA templates by PCR. GoTaq® Green Master Mix contains two dyes (blue and yellow) that allow monitoring of progress during electrophoresis. Reactions assembled with GoTaq® Green Master Mix have sufficient density for direct loading onto agarose gels.
PCR amplification
Genomic DNA, plasmid DNA or any other DNA
You just need to decide the reaction volume, then make 2x dilution of the premix with your DNA and water. Set onto the PCR cycler and run with any standard cycling conditions. After completion, directly load on the agarose gel.
Nothing you need to watch or be aware, really.
This product always gives you sharp and specific bands. The dyes in the buffer do not affect your downstream application at all.

It is not recommended for amplifying long PCR products.
It is strongly recommended for regular PCR reaction, especially for large amount genotyping and bacterial colonies screening.
