To study different TCRs cloned from CD8 T cells from HIV infected patients we transduced TCR deficient cells with lentiviral vectors encoding for different TCRs. We use this antibody to stain transduced cells to distinguish cells that were successfully transduced and express both the alpha and beta TCR chain.
