Our lab focuses on isolating and analyzing lymphocytes from both mouse and human tissue. We do a lot of sterile tissue dissection so we need something to keep our scissors and surgical instruments clean before and after. This germinator sterilizing in just seconds so our instruments are clean and last longer.

First clean instruments with 70% ethanol. Then turn on germinator and stick in scissors or other small metal instrument. Leave in for about 15 seconds and they will be clean.
Outside of gets very hot, do not touch.
The scissors and forceps we put into this are clean and sterile in just seconds and ready for use.
