Our lab focuses on isolating and analyzing lymphocytes in both human and mouse tissues. We use this centrifuge for many applications such as RNA/DNA column isolation and pelleting cryopreserved cells.

Set temperature and use fast temp option. Tubes are then inserted into centrifuge and secured using the screw-top lid. Time it set and spin is started. Quiet beep when finished and press open.
