Company:

BD Biosciences

Product Name:

APC Mouse Anti-Human CD209

Catalog Number:

551545

The goal of my experiment was to assess the effect of serum from two different sources on the conversion of peripheral blood CD14 monocytes into dendritic cells using GM-CSF and IL-4. This product was selected because of the fluorochrome conjugate APC, as it is very bright and does not spillover into other channels.

Additional Notes

The data sheet that comes with this reagent mentions to use 20 microlitres per test. However, in my hands, it works well enough at a dilution of 1:200.
