Product Name:

BUV395 Rat Anti-Mouse CD11b

Catalog Number:

563553

This antibody is used as part of a gating strategy to detect monocyte/neutrophils in murine blood and Kupffer cells/monocytes from murine livers. Results using this antibody on murine blood have been published (Elife. 2016 Jul 27;5. pii: e13024. doi:10.7554/eLife.13024. PubMed PMID: 27462873; PubMed Central PMCID: PMC4963201.)

Results Summary

BUV395 doesn't separate as well as other brighter stains, but for highly expressed marks, it works great. Further, there is almost no need for compensation, which can be useful while looking at many myeloid marks in parallel.
