PerCP/Cy5.5 anti-mouse CD3e Antibody Review

Our lab works on developing different mouse models to study the efficacy of novel vaccines and therapeutic candidates against HIV, as the virus cannot infect rodent cells. One of the models that we have generated expresses three transgenic human host factors that allow successful acute HIV infection in these mice. We are currently testing a novel vaccine candidate, and we are examining mouse CD4 and CD8 T cell responses in peripheral blood and spleen upon antigenic stimulation in samples from immunized mice. We are performing complex multicolor FACS analyses that require antibody panels covering different T cell markers, such as CD3, as well as cytokines.
