We have always used Thermo Scientifics supersignal west pico and Licor claimed "Westernsure ECL substrate: Dura-like sensitivity at Pico cost " so I asked for a test sample and was sent one. It works like a charm!
Western Blot
HCT-116 dilution
Mixed both the ECL luminol enhancer solution 1:1 with the Westernsure ECL stable peroxide solution (1ml of each) and placed the blot on top. After 5 mins of incubation the membrane was placed under a CCD camera (uvitec)
