Human CD4 Antibody

Our laboratory is investigating different ways to enhance immune responses against HIV. As such, we are studying novel approaches to engineer or stimulate effector cells such as CD8 T cells, or NK cells for increased clearance of HIV-infected cells. CD4+ cells are the primary target of HIV, and we routinely purify human CD4 T cells from PBMC to infect and set up in vitro killing assays. Good, specific antibodies are needed to confirm good purification of cells, as well as distinguish effector from CD4+ target cells.
