Our lab is studying ways to enhance immune responses against HIV infection. We perform in vivo and in vitro assays, where cells/ animals are infected with viruses with a luciferase reporter. We measure infection levels by detecting the luciferase activity in our samples using the tube luminometer.
Make sure to keep up with equipment maintenance and regular washes after each use
Works very well

Highly recommended, especially if you need good sensitivity for your assay.
