The main goal of my research is to investigate the mechanism by which viruses prevent activation of innate immune response. The goal of this experiment is to determine the presence and localization of viral dsRNA during coronavirus infection. First of all, this company provides the only commercial available anti-dsRNA Abs. This anti-dsRNA antibody (K1) has been used widely as the other clone J2, but it has even a broader application, such as immunoprecipitation and FACS.
