Our group studies T cells in the blood of untreated chronic HIV+ individuals. We are constantly expanding and optimizing our T cell panels to measure various T cell subsets, activation, and inhibitory receptor phenotype. CD25-FITC works great in one of our multi-color panels that studies T cell activation.

Results Summary

0.5uL CD25-FITC works great! As shown in the image, it detects CD4+ Tregs ex vivo and activated CD4+ and CD8+ T cells after overnight incubation with SEB (1ug/mL). The bottle only costs $100 and BD recommends using 20uL so you get a lot for money using only 0.5uL/sample.
