The general aim of the research is understanding cell-based immunotherapy in mice using stem cell-derived antigen-specific T lymphocytes.The goal of the of the experiment for which I used the product was to track the adoptively transferred T cells (Thy1.2+) in Thy1.1 congenic mice. I selected this product because it had a reasonable price and works well.
Flow Cytometry
Mouse T cells (C57BL/6)
Block Fc receptors by anti-mouse CD16/CD32 Ab on ice for 10 minutes.
Anti-mouse CD16/CD32 Ab specific for Fcr RIII/II
Incubated on ice for 15 minutes in the dark.
Wash with cell staing buffer by centrifugation at 350g for 5 minutes.
