Our lab studies the specific killing of HIV-infected cells by CTls and NK cells. Due to complex FACS analysis and the use of multiple colors, we are testing different antibodies in different colors to identify what we can use in our future panels. In this case human T cells were stained with CD3 and the CD8-APC/Cy7 antibody from Tonbo to look at the quality of staining. We obtained good staining for FACS analysis.
