The use of this centrifuge to spin down 96 well PCR plate. Sealed plates are loaded horizontally through the upper lid. Upon closing the lid of the unit, the motor quickly accelerates to required rpm and will maintain speed up to set time. During this centrifuge the reaction mixer settle to the bottom area of the wells.
After centrifuge ensure all the reaction components should be in bottom of the wells. if not, repeat once again.
Within few seconds it attains required speed.
No temperature maintain
It is good to have for molecular biology experiments. .
