This antibody was used for identify leukocyte subsets in peripheral blood of children with arthritis. Due to a limited amount of samples, we needed reliable antibodies.

Primary Incubation

50ul of peripheral blood was incubated with the antibody for 30 minutes. Red cell lysis was performed using bD lysis buffer. Then, cells were washed twice with PBS and taken directly to the flow cytometer.
