The aim of this research was an immune phenotypic analysis of leukocyte subsets in whole blood of children with arthritis. We needed to use anybodies that work very reliable and that have a strong signal, because we only had limited amount of material to work with.

Human Peripheral blood
50ul of blood was incubated with a cocktail of antibody, including the one against CCR6. Cells were incubated for 30 minutes at room temperature. After that red blood cell lysis was performed using BD lysis buffer and cells were washed with PBS. After 2 washing steps, cells were taken immediately to the flow cytometer.

This is a good antibody to detect CCR6 positive cells in human peripheral blood.
