We use anti human CD8a antibody routinely to stain human PBMCs, purified primary CD8+ T cells as well as cell lines to use in flow cytometry experiments. We previously used antibodies from BioLegend but have decided to switch to TONBO due to the lower prices.

I used the antibody to stain human PBMCs and got a predictable fraction of CD8 positive cells (18%). The antibody worked well at a reasonable dilution.
Good staining, good price
Good standard antibody. Works well for staining human PBMCs, purified CD8+ T cells and cell lines.
