The aim of this project is to study tumor cytotoxic T-lymphocytes in a mouse model of colitis-associated colon cancer. In this experiment, we stained for CD8 T-cells in mouse colon cancer tissue sections. This antibody was recommended by my colleague.

1:200 dilution in blocking buffer; overnight incubation at 4 deg Celsius

1x PBS + 1% BSA + 1% goat serum

DAPI was included in the last wash step

Results Summary

CD-8 positive T-cells (red color) were detected in the colon of colitis-associated cancer in mouse. Shown in green color are the epithelial cells.
