The aim of this project is to study the role of retinoic acid in the regulation of intestinal immunity. We check whether the expression of retinoic acid metabolizing enzymes changed during disease progression from normal to colitis to cancer. I just tested this product from Sigma.

Primary Incubation

1:1000 dilution in blocking buffer; overnight at 4 deg Celsius

Blocking Agent

1xPBS + 1% BSA + 5% goat serum

Secondary Incubation

1:200 dilution (in 1xPBS + 1% BSA) of Goat-anti rabbit Alexa dye 594; 1 hour at r/t

Tertiary Incubation

DAPI included in the last wash step
