Quantitative realtime small RNA Quantification and microarray requires good quality, enriched small RNA for quantification. Small RNA analysis kit is used to qualitate small RNAs before proceeding to the main experiments. The percentage of smallRNA is denoted for each sample.

Enriched smallRNA
The kit can be used by fallowing the manufacturers protocol. Briefly 1 microliter of diluted enriched smallRNA is loaded on to each well with an appropriate marker. Finally, one microliter of the ladder is loaded on to each well and analysed on the bioanalyzer 2100 .
Avoid air bubbles while loading
Electropherogram displayed is showing the sample concentration, size, and percentage of the small RNA
