HRP Chemiluminescence
This antibody is HRP-conjugated, however after approximately 1 year of use the tag may dissociate. Using the antibody along with a secondary antibody against Rb reveals bands, so the antibody can still be used. Blots show single band at predicted molecular weight.
Convenient as a loading control
Tag may be lost after approximately 1 year, so if you use it rarely that could be a problem
Good antibody, but not suitable if you'll use it slowly.
