Company:

Abbexa

Product Name:

GPRC6A Antibody

Catalog Number:

abx015319

The aim of this piece of research was to identify whether the GPRC6A receptor is present or not in a human cell line in which it had not been confirmed previously. We used the GPRC6A receptor from Abbexa for a quick and visual answer to this question. We selected the Abbexa product in particular as it also stated it can be applied in western blotting, immunofluorescence and ELISA experiments and this was appealing to us as we wanted to do multiple verifications of the presence of the receptor in our cell line. Furthermore we will use this product to distinguish whether we are able to successfully knock-down the GPRC6A protein expression in future experiments.

Summary

The Good

Dilution at 1:100 perfect on first go

The Bad

Nothing to report!

The Bottom Line

May have struck lucky but worked perfectly first time with immunofluorescence, will try next with western blotting.
