The aim of this experiment was to study the T cell subsets in mouse spleen. I tested whether this anti-CD4 PerCp antibody from BD Bioscience can be used as an antibody to separate CD4 positive populations from rest of the splenocytes. Single cell suspensions isolated from mouse splenocytes were stained with this antibody and the presence of CD4+ and CD4- populations confirm the specificity of this antibody.
