This kit is used for PCR of DNA fragments and is used for assessing if clones have inserts via colony PCR. The kit allows customization of magnesium concentration if a protocol calls for different concentrations. This is a good kit .

Add 5X buffer and MgCl2 to tube along with primers, target DNA and polymerase. Adjust volume to 50 ul with nuclease free water and perform PCR.
Mix well
The kit PCR amplifies DNA fragments well and is useful for applications such as colony PCR.
