Bacterial Culture
Bacterial lysate is centrifuged at a high speed centrifuge and the cleared lysate is passed through ion exchange qiagen tips. Eluted plasmid DNA is precipitated with Isoproponol.
Debris should be cleared before passing through the column to prevent clogging.
