Aim of this research was to detect intensity of Rim 1/2 protein in active zones of Substance P and Lectin positive neurons. This anti-Rim 1/2 antibody was selected because company promised their high specificity. Result shows that Rim 1/2 is not particularly increased in Substance P and Lectin (IB4) positive synapses.
