Product Name:

Anti-Histone H3 antibody

Catalog Number:

ab1791

Histones are highly alkaline proteins found in eukaryotic cell nuclei that package and order the DNA into structural units called nucleosomes. This group of small proteins consists of the H1 linker histones and the core histones H2A, H2B, H3 and H4.

Results Summary

When we studied the histone H3 distribution in human cells by fluorescence staining, we observed an excellent mitochondria staining with very good signal with small background (corrected with lasers) at 1:100 dilution. At 1:200 dilution, the signal was very low. Image. Green (Histone H3); Red (actin cytoskeleton); Blue (DAPI, nuclei). Magnification X1000.
