I use flow cytometry to characterize cell populations in murine lungs. My goal is to see how these populations change in response to pathogens. I chose this product because I needed an isotype control for my marker of interest and this was recommended by eBioscience.

When I looked at this control after running it on a flow cytometer, it gave me the results I wanted. It did not bind to anything in my sample, hopefully confirming that my marker of interest was specific and that there was no background binding occurring.
