I'm using flow cytometry to characterize cell populations in the lung. I chose this product because my CD16/32 block was getting old and this was a recommended product.

It helped clear my results up and prevent most nonspecific binding. It allowed me to better characterize my cell populations and trust my other antibodies.

This has been a good product so far, no real drawbacks yet.
