Human PBMCs were either left unstimulated or stimulated with 1000 U/ml Recombinant Human IFN-alpha for 15 minutes at 37°C. Cells were fixed and then permeabilized in BD Phosflow™ Perm Buffer III. Cells were then washed twice and stained with PE-conjugated phospho-Stat1 (pY701) antibody. The cells were analyzed on a BD FACS canto II flow cytometer.
