The aim of this experiment to measure the trypsin level in human pancreatic cancer cells when treated with different cytokines because trypsin is known to cause premature activation of several digestive enzymes that leads injury of pancreas and causes inflammation and leads pancreatitis. Therefore, interest was to know how much trypsin is released from these cells after the treatment with several cytokines. Kit is good to check the level of trypsin in the pancreatic cell line.
